Last year, during the pandemic, while most of us were ordered to stay at home, the insurance industry was among the essential employees. Customer Service Representatives (CSR), in particular, had to overcome significant obstacles in order to keep their agencies running and their clients happy, all while most are working from home.
Recognizing that we owe this group of dedicated professionals a great deal of thanks, Purofirst would like to reinstate the award! Recognizing their commitment to service with the Purofirst CSR Hero Award. A panel of Purofirst Disaster Services representatives will evaluate all entries and select the winner based on specific events you share about how your CSR shined, overcame adversity, and made a big impact.
Nominations will be collected through July 31.
